It was already announced in 2019, but from this week on it is really possible for Ziggo customers with a subscription to the Ziggo Sport Totaal package: they can now activate F1 TV Pro for free.
Formula 1 launched F1 TV Pro in the Netherlands last year. Via the streaming service it is possible to view all Grands Prix, and in addition, all sessions of the Formula 2, Formula 3 and Porsche Supercup can also be viewed. In 2020 the test sessions in Barcelona will also be broadcast on F1 TV Pro and for Ziggo that is the time to reward her loyal Formula 1 customers.
Ziggo customers, who also have a subscription to the Ziggo Sport Totaal subscription, can get free access to F1 TV Pro. The following steps are relatively simple:
1. Create an account at Formula1.com or log in if you already have an account.
2. Then choose ‘link your accounts’ to link the F1 account to your My Ziggo account.
Are you a Ziggo customer with the Ziggo Sport Total package and have you already purchased F1 TV Pro? Then it is possible to convert your F1 TV Pro subscription to a free subscription through your Ziggo account. First follow the step-by-step plan described above. As a final step, you still have to cancel your current agreement for F1 TV Pro.
If you have taken out a subscription to F1 TV Pro or Access in the last 14 days, you can get a full refund of the amount through customer service. This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions. Did you take out the subscription more than 14 days ago? Unfortunately, you will not get a refund, even if it concerns an annual subscription.
