This was stated by the People’s Representative from BSP LEFT BULGARIA Zhelio Boychev in the program “This Morning” on BTV. He emphasized that with the DPS a great similarity has already been established in terms of the reasons for the vote.
“Minister Moskov’s management is a chaotic management in which what is said and what is actually done diverge drastically. The health insurance law changes he pushed through dethroned universal health care coverage for people. The clinical paths were divided into main, with socially significant and additional ones”, explained Boychev. According to him, the other madness is the introduction of the health card. “In Sofia, for example, hospital beds from 9,743 will be reduced by 1,390, which means fewer operations and more waiting people”, he was categorical and added that it is the municipal hospitals that will suffer the biggest blow from Moscow’s healthcare reform.
