Accumulatively, the COVID-19 cases in Aceh have reached 9,144 people
REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, BANDA ACEH – The Task Force for Handling COVID-19 stated that Aceh has not added any new positive cases, patients have recovered, and patients have died as of today, but residents are still asked to adhere to health protocols and recognize symptoms of infection.
“We are grateful that there are no additional cases today, and sincerely hope that there will be no more new cases,” said Aceh COVID-19 spokesman Saifullah Abdulgani in Banda Aceh, Monday (25/1).
He explained that prevention of a spike in new cases could be done by all levels of society by understanding the symptoms of corona virus infection, as well as discipline from yourself, family and those closest to you in carrying out health protocols.
According to him, the spread of the corona virus from one person to another happened accidentally. Everyone thinks they have the common cold, not a symptom of COVID-19 so they still mingle with local residents. So knowledge about the symptoms of COVID-19 is very important in order to protect each other.
“In plain view, it is difficult to distinguish sufferers of COVID-19 from influenza. Both showed the same respiratory tract infection symptoms, such as fever, cough and runny nose, “he said.
