Forward St. Petersburg “Zenith” Malcolm recognized as one of the best strikers in the history of the Spanish “Barcelona” for the previous 20 years. The Brazilian is included in the rating of the British portal Give Me Sport.
Malcolm is on the 24th line of the list. He earned the title of one of the best forwards of the Catalan club despite a short stay in the team – he did not stay in Barça for a full year, playing only 24 matches, in which he scored four goals.
British experts commented on the inclusion of Malcom in the rating: the Barcelona leadership thought that they made a transfer of the century, taking Malcom from under the nose of Roma and yes, his purchase should not have caused questions, – explained on portal site. – But the Brazilian felt like a spare part in the design of Ernesto Valverde. He scored a “Real”, but literally a year after signing was sold to “Zenith”.
The leader of the rating was expectedly Lionel Messi, scoring 630 goals in 727 matches.
