The Hettstadter Steige will not become a construction site during the summer holidays. This was confirmed by the state building authority on request.
Originally, the climb should be closed in the direction of Zell. But that had to be postponed, when the blocking will come is currently still unclear.
The confusion arose when the city presented its construction site overview “Summer offensive for safe roads” at the end of July. It shows 23 construction sites, including the Hettstadter Steige by mistake.
