Give weapons so you don’t have to give people. This was stated by the adviser in the office of the President of Ukraine Mykhailo Podolyak in a message to Bulgaria in a conversation with the Bessarabian Bulgarian Tanya Staneva.
“I asked Mr. Mihailo Podoliak about Bulgaria and its biggest fear, more precisely about the participation of foreign troops in the war. He said – this is impossible, because they are afraid. Europe still thinks that this is our war that it is not a war for values or for their safety. In fact, it is not a war of infantry and archers, but of high technology and the right amount of weapons. The Kursk offensive has shown that there is no need for people meaning, if we have the necessary amount of weapons. So – give weapons so that you don’t have to give people”, wrote the Bulgarian journalist and director from the village of Chushmeli in Bessarabia.
Staneva also emphasizes that Podoliak has explicitly expressed his gratitude to Bulgaria for the military assistance that our country provides to Kiev. According to him, the Bulgarian weapon proved to be extremely important for Ukraine, especially in the first days of the war, and that then Sofia demonstrated a “quick reaction and strategic partnership”.
Podoliak pointed out that the Kursk offensive greatly changes the situation on the front and will have a significant effect on the end of the war as soon as possible.
