Volodymyr Zelenskyy often travels to the military in Donbass

A visiting session of the National Security and Defense Council may take place in Donbass. It is planned to consider the situation on the line of contact and issues related to the protection of the state border.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will make a working trip to Donetsk region on Friday. This is reported by the Donetsk Regional State Administration on its page in Facebook Thursday, July 29th.
“On July 30, 2021, a working trip of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to the Donetsk region will take place. We invite media representatives and ask for accreditation by 16:00 on July 29, 2021,” the short message says.
In turn, the press service of the head of state has not yet announced a working visit.
On the eve of the media reported that NSDC plans an offsite meeting in Donetsk region… It is expected that the situation on the line of contact and a set of issues related to the protection of the state border will be considered.
This is the second attempt to hold a visiting session of the NSDC. Two weeks ago the meeting was planned to be held in Sumy, but, as Alexey Danilov explained then, the decision had to be changed due to the fact that the Prime Minister would not have time to get to Sumy from Kiev after an hour of questions to the government in the Verkhovna Rada.
