Ukraine invites its partners to explain how they see the end of the war with Russia and Ukraine’s role in the world security architecture, News.bg reported.
This was said on Monday by the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, in a video speech, reported by “Ukrinform”.
The president stressed that the future should be clear to everyone in Ukraine.
Zelensky indicated that he expects by the end of the day a report from the Ukrainian team currently working in Washington, as well as a report from Chief Sirsky regarding cooperation with partners.
“Today there was an extensive briefing on the front line – our tasks and needs. The Donetsk fronts are still particularly challenging and we will try to convince our partners at the upcoming Ramstein meeting that there is an urgent need to significantly strengthen our capabilities and position in them now. the autumn months. Sufficient supplies for the front, sufficient equipment for our armed forces and long-range strike capabilities – this will be the best deterrent against Russia and a strong push for peace,” he said.
Zelensky said that he had listened to the reports of the strategic adviser Alexander Kamishin and the Minister of Strategic Industries Herman Smetanin on the production of shells, artillery and equipment.
“Not only about what we have achieved or are already doing, but also recommendations for our partners to invest in the development of Ukrainian production, especially drones and electronic warfare systems. This is also part of the package for the upcoming meeting of “Rammstein.” We have to be stronger and stronger – every month, every week,” Zelensky said.
We remind you that US President Joe Biden will chair the next meeting of the Intelligence Agency on the Defense of Ukraine in the form of Rammstein, which will be held in Germany on October 12.
