Zelensky reveals where he plans to go after Ukraine’s victory in the war

President Volodymyr Zelensky has announced that one of his first foreign visits after Ukraine’s victory in the war against Russia will be a visit to Polish cities that have especially helped Ukraine, the Pravda portal reports.

“Unfortunately, because of the war today, I am not able to go to some of the cities that existed as humanitarian centers, or arms delivery centers, or beautiful cities that accepted the children of our people, especially women. “I do not have the opportunity today to go and just thank these people and these cities. But I am sure that after our victory this will be one of the first cities I will be happy to visit,” Zelensky said.

The President of Ukraine also said that he sees Poland among the leaders who will help in the reconstruction of Ukraine.

“In order to build Ukraine with its own people, with new quality infrastructure, we need to unite the EU countries, the United States, all our friends. We also see Poland among the leaders of the countries that will be in the program to rebuild Ukraine,” he said.

Zelensky said he supported the idea of a meeting between members of the Ukrainian and Polish governments, who “will definitely meet and consider some important things”.

The President also noted that there were many moments when he discussed issues of supporting Ukraine with weapons together with Andrzej Duda, but these cannot be discussed in public yet.
