According to the document, the An-148-100V aircraft (serial number 01-09) and the Mi-8MTV-1 helicopter (serial number 804M01), which were under the control of the State Administrative Department, will be transferred to the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
The President instructed the Cabinet of Ministers and the State Administration of Affairs to ensure the transfer of facilities. The decree comes into force on the day of its publication.
