He noted that everything that becomes public is heard not only in Ukraine, but also the enemy: “Some information about this plan is closed. He noted that the Ukrainians will understand the need to not reveal some parts of the victory plan.
It is not clear whether Zelensky’s victory plan includes the possibility of Ukraine giving up part of the territory, a topic that is very sensitive to the people of Ukraine.
