Verkhovna Rada goes into turbo mode for the sake of IMF tranches

At an extraordinary meeting, the people’s deputies will consider 10 laws – the so-called “macrofin” and the IMF, explained David Arahamia.
The Verkhovna Rada plans to hold an extraordinary meeting on Thursday at the initiative of President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. Questions about receiving money from the European Union and the IMF will be considered. This was stated by the head of the Servant of the People faction David Arahamia at a briefing on the evening of Monday, May 17.
“On Thursday, at the initiative of the president, we will have another extraordinary session (meeting – ed.). It will include 10 laws – the so-called” macrofin “and the IMF,” Arahamia said after the meeting of the faction.
He clarified that it is planned “to go through everything in the first reading, half in the second, and everything that we leave for later will be in the first week of June.”
Arakhamia also added that on Friday, May 21, the people’s deputies will be able to consider a new version of the bill on the implementation of the law on the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine in accordance with the Constitution.
Earlier on Monday, it became known that the Rada is moving into turbo mode for the IMF tranches… Five plenary weeks are left before the end of the fifth session of the current parliament, during which they plan to make a number of important decisions.
It was also reported that tomorrow, May 18, the parliament may meet in an extraordinary meeting to change three ministers.
