“Parliament should focus on the fact that in the past four years Ukraine has not had a program document – an anti-corruption strategy. The MPs need to adopt as soon as possible the government’s draft on the foundations of the state anti-corruption policy for 2020-2024. It should contain five main principles,” noted Zelensky.
He also listed these principles:
- optimization of the functions of state authorities
- digital transformation and full disclosure of data
- convenient and legal services
- inevitability of punishment for corruption offenses
- public intolerance of corruption
