The new head of the region, Maria Chorna, was the director of the department of agro-industrial development of the Kirovograd regional state administration.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy appointed Maria Chorna head of the Kirovograd Regional State Administration. The head of state signed the corresponding decree No. 214/2021 on the eve of May 27, informs press service of the Office of the President.
The President met with the newly appointed head of the Regional State Administration on Friday, May 28, and handed her an official certificate.
Maria Chorna was born in 1974 in the Kirovograd region. She graduated from the Kirovograd State Pedagogical University. V. Vinnichenko (pedagogy and methods of secondary education, Ukrainian language and literature), as well as Kirovograd National Technical University (management of financial and economic security).
From 2002 to 2011 she worked in various positions in the Kompanievsky Regional State Administration of the Kirovograd Region. In August 2011, she was appointed deputy head of the main department of agro-industrial development – head of the economic policy department of the Kirovograd Regional State Administration.
Since 2020, she has held the position of Director of the Department of Agroindustrial Development of the Kirovograd Regional State Administration.
Recall that the dismissal of the head of the Kirovograd Regional State Administration in the Cabinet was agreed in April. Andrey Nazarenko was dismissed by agreement of the parties.
A few days earlier The Cabinet of Ministers agreed on the appointment of the head of the Kirovograd Regional State Administration. .
