Any “compromise” in talks with Russia to end the conflict will be the subject of a referendum in Ukraine, President Volodymyr Zelensky said in an interview with Ukrainian regional state media, BGNES reported.
“I explained it to all negotiating groups: when you talk about all these changes (which will be recorded in a possible agreement), and they can be historic, we will hold a referendum,” Zelenski said.
