Zeekr has already unveiled the all-electric 001 FR (FR stands for Future Road), a Tesla Model S Plaid competitor, an AWD sports car with four electric motors producing 1,247 horsepower and a top speed of 280 km/h. The company claims the Zeekr 001 FR is the world’s fastest mass-produced car.
The 001 FR can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in just 2.07 seconds. Because there are 4 motors, tank turn can be done (free wheel rotation to change the direction of the car. The 001 FR also challenges Tesla in software. It comes preloaded with NZP (Navigation Zeekr Pilot), Zeekr’s driving assistance software focused on highway driving. Makes it another Tesla Autopilot competitor.
