Zeekr is confident of selling electric MPVs that are more expensive than the Toyota Alphard

Tangerang, CNN Indonesia —

A car company from China, Zeekr they launched the MPV 009 purely electric power (EV) with prices starting from IDR 2.25 billion to IDR 2.7 billion in Indonesia. The Zeekr 009 MPV is sold more expensive than the Toyota Alphard, from IDR 1.4 billion to IDR 1.7 billion.

According to Zeekr Indonesia’s Head of Marketing & PR, Lano Tungka, his party said that his party has changed the price of the Zeekr premium electric MPV for Indonesian consumers. The official price refers to the Zeekr category which is aimed at ultimate luxury.

“We are proud to position our car in ultimate luxury, we are in a different category. Indonesian customers will be proud to see the logo on their face. Zeekr is under the auspices of Geely Holding Company, and Zeekr itself is a global brand that has been adopted in several countries, especially in Europe,” he said when he met at ICE BSD, Tangerang.

This electric MPV with a luxury concept offers a high level of comfort in all its seats, which are equipped with first class Sofaro Seats, Eames Lounge Chair Mode, Soft Concealed Table Plate NAPPA, and Cooling and Thermostat heated.

In terms of entertainment and navigation, the Cockpit Intelligent Double 8295 Computer Platform, Yamaha Surround Stereo Advanced Sound, Five Screen Connection, and Zeekr OS System (HMI 3.0).

Meanwhile, in terms of safety features, there are 720 Safety Arms around, 7 airbags, magnetic camera cover, Aerospace eye-protection reading light, and child protection system.

The Zeekr 009 that is marketed in Indonesia is different from the Grand 009 variant that is sold in several countries. This is because the infrastructure available in Indonesia is considered inadequate to support this change.

In several countries Zeekr 009 has adopted 800V high voltage fast charging.

“In terms of infrastructure, that’s not true available in Indonesia. “So we chose to introduce a 400V high voltage system,” said Gregory, Chief Product Specialist at PT Premium Auto Prima, Zeekr’s partner in Indonesia.
