The ZBI Zentral Boden Immobilien Group is investing for the first time in the Upper Austrian state capital of Linz and is acquiring the lighthouse project “High Five” for its open real estate public AIF “UniImmo: Wohnen ZBI”. The purchase took the form of a forward funding deal.

Developing and selling party of the project is a project development community of STC Development and the Roombuus Group. The transaction was brokered by EHL Investment Consulting. The contracting parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
The “High Five” impresses with its attractive location on Bulgariplatz, south of downtown Linz, where seven streets meet. The sustainable new residential construction project comprises more than 300 residential units and two commercial units on the ground floor. In addition, more than 150 parking spaces including e-charging stations will be available. Completion is scheduled for the end of 2024. An excellent connection to the high-level road network in combination with the proximity to the city center also makes the property a preferred location for new residential construction.
Thanks to the sustainable energy concept with concrete core activation, controlled living space ventilation, roof gardens and additional offers regarding urban e-mobility in the house, the property offers its residents the opportunity to live sustainably in a central location. The individually designable, open and diverse floor plans of the apartments, which all have an open space, leave nothing to be desired and offer maximum comfort for every taste.
