Malik explained that he deliberately wanted to be the first person to leave the band, saying: “I had a selfish desire to be the first person to record his own song..I am a negative person, but when it comes to my music and my work, I am serious about that, and able to compete..I wanted to be the first.” Who would go and do my own thing.”

For the first time, Malek touched on his crisis with the mother of his ex-girlfriend, Yolanda Hadid, who accused him of physically and verbally assaulting her during a visit to his home.
Malik stressed that he dealt with the situation in the best way possible, when he described it as a “family matter”, adding: “I do not interfere when people talk on the Internet. The most valuable thing for me is time and I do not want to justify myself.”
He pointed out that the people involved are aware of what happened and this is what matters to him, adding: “I didn’t want to draw attention and I didn’t want accusations thrown back and forth with her, so that my daughter would not read these stories in the future.”
He continued, “I think I handled it the best way, that’s all that has to be said. There was a lot of negativity.. It’s family issues that I’d rather keep in the family. I’m very much in business with my child if I can get 60% of her custody.” I will take it.”
