Mark Sungkar is also suspected of enriching other people, including Andi Ameera Sayaka of IDR 20.65 million, Wahyu Hidayat of IDR 41.3 million, Eva Desiana of IDR 41.3 million, Jauhari Johan IDR 41.3 million, or The Cipaku corporation. Garden Hotel on behalf of Luciana Wibowo IDR 150.65 million.

For his actions, Mark Sungkar was charged with violating Article 2 Paragraph (1) Jo Article 18 Paragraph (1) letter b of the Corruption Law subsider Article 3 Jo Article 18 Paragraph (1) letter b of the Corruption Law, more subsider Article 9 Jo Article 18 Paragraph (1) letter b of the Corruption Act.

Zaskia said that when her father was caught in a case of alleged fictitious financial reports for the activities of the 2018 Asian Games National Pelatnas in Bandung, he was both sad and surprised.
