Zaporizhzhia will move to the “red” quarantine zone. New restrictions in the city will be established from Monday, October 18.
About it informs press service of the Zaporozhye city council. The corresponding decision was made by the State Commission on Technogenic and Environmental Safety and Emergencies.
In connection with the introduction of strict quarantine, the authorities decided to establish additional restrictions. A ban on work is added to the existing rules:

Shopping and entertainment centers, cinemas, theaters and other entertainment establishments;

non-food markets and shops;

gyms, swimming pools and fitness centers;
-
cultural institutions, except for historical and cultural reserves.
It is forbidden to hold mass events, except for official sports events and matches of team playing sports without spectators. It is also possible to introduce restrictions on the time of transportation in public transport for preferential categories, namely from 06:00 to 10:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00.
At the same time, gas stations, pharmacies, banks and hospitals will operate. Hairdressers and other service establishments are allowed to receive visitors by appointment only.
However, according to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers, all these restrictions are lifted if 100% of staff and visitors have been fully vaccinated against coronavirus and can provide a “green” COVID certificate.
