“Today, the Ministry of Defense received an appeal from him with a request to allow those who are not subject to conscription for military service during mobilization for a special period to travel abroad. These are, in particular, students,” she said.
She added that now the decision is up to the Cabinet of Ministers and, in particular, Defense Minister Alexei Reznikov.
It should be noted that today students, graduate students and doctoral students of Ukrainian universities are prohibited from leaving the country, despite the fact that they are not subject to mobilization.
