Zain Saudi Arabia has announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding to establish a strategic company with the “Seniors’ Association,” whose primary goal is to bridge the digital gap for the elderly and encourage them to use technology.
This memorandum falls within Zain Saudi Arabia’s strategy for sustainability, which in turn seeks to provide the necessary capabilities to ensure digital inclusion, and this in turn is in line with the Saudi Vision 2030.

Zain Saudi Arabia will provide a number of training courses intended for the elderly, which will help them in simple and direct learning, motivate them to deal with digital solutions, and introduce them to the most important applications and appropriate programs to raise their quality of life.
The General Manager of Corporate Communications at Zain Saudi Arabia, Iman Abdullah Al-Saidi, said: This partnership is a reflection of our corporate sustainability strategy, the most prominent goals of which are achieving inclusivity by delivering digital services to all segments of society, in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 to reach a comprehensive digital society.
It is worth noting that Zain Saudi Arabia has received an A rating in the corporate governance, environmental and social governance index, as a result of its excellence in environmental, social and governance practices in the Saudi telecommunications sector.
