Zacatecans are invited to participate in an international art exhibition

Zacatecas, Zac.- Girls, boys and adolescents between 6 and 15 years of age will be able to participate in the 53rd International Exhibition of World Children’s Art, sending their works to the city of Taipei.

It is the an-Hai Gallery of the National Center for Artistic Studies of Taiwan, Taipei, Republic of China, which makes this invitation, with the aim of promoting intercultural understanding and friendship between young people of the new generations, through the exchange of artwork.

The Call is aimed at children and adolescents of school age who can participate with oil paintings, watercolors, woodcarving, engravings, pencil sketches, crayons, drawings, pastels, collages, engravings and graphic designs.

Currently, the call is open for the entire school community, which is issued from the Cultural Office of Taipei in Mexico, through the Educational Liaison Office of the Ministry of Public Education (SEP) in the State of Zacatecas.

If any educational establishment is interested in sending their students’ work, they must fill out a form with the name of the participants to send together with their tagged artwork to the address that they can provide in the following emails [email protected] o [email protected].

The deadline for receiving works is April 30, since the exhibition will take place from July 23 to August 7 of the current year, in the city of Taipei, Republic of China.

Each of the participants will receive a medal in recognition of their contribution and artistic excellence, for which they will be notified.

The Judging and Evaluation Committee will be made up of artists, educators. psychologists and art teachers from Taiwan, and from other countries such as Japan, Malaysia and on this occasion, the United States as a guest.
