Actor Zac Efron was rushed to the hospital in Spain over the weekend. Efron had an accident at the hotel pool during his Ibiza vacation. According to TMZ, it was a minor accident.

Efron was released from the hospital on Saturday. On Sunday, he shared an update on his Instagram stories, where he commented on how he was doing after being discharged from the hospital. Stories are available for viewing 24 hours after they are published.
