Zac Efron, best known for his roles in ‘High School Musical’, has been hospitalised in Ibiza after suffering a serious accident in the swimming pool where he was during his holiday on the Balearic island. The incident occurred on Friday night when the actor was half drowned in the pool. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) was necessary to stabilise him, and during the process he suffered several broken ribs.
The artist was rushed to hospital, where he remained on Saturday, August 3, receiving medical attention. According to information confirmed by the Europa Press team, the young man received the appropriate treatment for his injuries and had already left the hospital facilities this Sunday.
Despite the scare, the actor is recovering and has planned to return to the United States to continue his care. Next Monday, Zac Efron will take a private flight back to Miami, where he will continue his recovery under the necessary medical supervision.
