Coldeweijer shared on her juice channel Life of Yvonne including a video showing where the hostages were hiding in the store. At the request of the police, for the safety of these people, she later deleted the images. She received many negative reactions to her ‘reporting’ of the hostage situation.

The vlogger thinks she didn’t realize what else could have happened to the images. “A friend of his who might know what he’s doing can take a screenshot and whatsapp it.”

Coldeweijer wanted to reassure her followers that the hostages were ‘safe’. “But I completely understand that I had to sit on the blisters for that, yes.”
