It is under the aegis of the “Continuity of City-Hospital Care” protocol set up by the Val de Seine territorial professional health community (CPTS) in conjunction with the Regional Health Agency, that the Madeleine-Brès health center in Triel-sur-Seine (Yvelines) has now become a vaccination center against Covid-19.
This Tuesday, the first day of opening, more than 80 people were vaccinated. After a period of discussion, they received their injection for an appointment lasting 5 to 10 minutes.
At the rate of four half-days per week, permanent trios made up of a doctor and two nurses take turns to provide patients with optimal care.
“For the moment, we are doing like that but it will be subject to change. This is a collective work carried out with the Philippe-Marze des Mureaux health center and two practices in Meulan and Hardricourt. “
The Triel nursing home, which can receive 12 people per hour, is already full for its first week, with 168 registered.
For the time being, vaccination is targeted primarily people over 75 years old and health professionals over 50. The CPTS Val de Seine provides for adjustments over the weeks, as the vaccination progresses.
At the heart of this inter-municipal system which concerns a territory of 110,000 inhabitants, the towns of Verneuil and Vernouillet are waiting to be able to open a joint vaccination center. Ditto for Conflans-Sainte-Honorine (in connection with Achères, Andrésy, Chanteloup-les-Vignes and Maurecourt).
