We learned of the death of Mr. Norbert Streit, which occurred Thursday March 4 in Rousset (Bouches-du-Rhône), at the age of 87. Born on May 2, 1933 in Thionville, he had lived in Yutz before moving to the nursing home Les Opalines in Rousset, near his daughter.
Mr. Streit had two daughters, Sophie and Sandrine, and two grandchildren, Thomas and Jeremy. He was a retired Social Security employee.
The deceased will rest at the Yutz funeral center on Monday, March 8, afternoon.
The religious ceremony will be celebrated on Wednesday March 10, at 10:30 a.m., in the Saint-Nicolas church in Yutz, followed by the burial in the cemetery of Yutz former East.
