Yusril Ihza Mahendra responded with a smile on the activities of the Democratic Party (PD) submitting files related to the judicial review of AD/ART to the Ministry of Law and Human Rights. Democrats replied to Yusril.
“In the past, when we were still in school, we were taught to actively find out before talking about something. Maybe, because Yusril is already a professor, he forgot to find out what we were doing at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights,” said Head of Bakomstra PD Herzaky Mahendra Putra in his statement, Sunday. (17/10/2021).
“But I’m already in a rush to comment, as long as it’s just sound. This is how it is if you’re defending those who pay, not defending what’s right. If it’s the language of today’s children, check and recheck first,” added Herzaky.
Herzaky then explained about the documents submitted by the Democrats to the Kemenkumham a few days ago. Democrats believe the documents they submitted can help the Ministry of Law and Human Rights break the lawsuit for judicial review of AD/ART.
“We went to the Ministry of Law and Human Rights to submit various evidences and documents, which in our opinion, can help the Ministry of Law and Human Rights counteract Yusril’s legal manipulation efforts through a judicial review at the Supreme Court. The defendant is the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, so we must submit the documents to the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, because we can’t go to court directly,” said Herzaky.
Herzaky urged Yusril to find out first before commenting on something. According to him, this needs to be done so that Yusril does not embarrass himself.
“It’s better for Yusril to wash his face before speaking, rather than the origin of the sound. Be absorbed first, think carefully before speaking. Shame about his age and title,” Herzaky snapped.
