Bickenbach – The South Hessian Youtuber Philipp Mickenbecker died of cancer when he was only 23. “Philipp passed away last night in the hospital. We were all with him ”, was read on Thursday evening (June 10th, 2021) on the Instagram account of Mickenbecker’s YouTube show“ The Real Life Guys ”.

The Bickenbacher (Darmstadt-Dieburg) became known nationwide together with his twin brother Johannes. At the end of 2020, Mickenbecker made his cancer diagnosis public in a video: He had lymph gland cancer. His tumor was already in the terminal stages, he said. His doctor gave him two weeks to two months to live.

It was not his first battle with cancer: Mickenbecker had survived the tumor twice. Cancer was no longer an issue for three years. The Youtuber was very religious.
