Jamie Nyland (24), a YouTuber with 183,000 subscribers and 2.3 million followers on TikTok, decided to pay off the mortgage on his father’s house.
The 24-year-old from Gloucestershire, England brought the news to his father Richard while he was there a TikTok video recorded.
In this he goes into Richard’s bedroom, gives him the keys to the house and says, “I’ve just paid off your mortgage.”
“I just called the bank and paid off every single cent on your mortgage. Now you own the whole house,” continues the 24-year-old.
Meanwhile, his father just looks at him in disbelief and mumbles over and over again: “No.”
“You have worked all your life and now you can retire,” adds Nyland again – then it breaks out of his father, who begins to sob and takes his son in his arms:
“You are the best son one can have in the world.”

In one another emotional video released later he then gave his son the keys back with the words “the house is yours”.
“I love you so much. You paid off my mortgage and I put you on my will. You provided for me for life, so I provided for you for life.”
The heartwarming video has already been viewed more than 2.6 million times and has almost 360,000 likes.
The YouTuber’s followers let their feelings about his selfless gesture run free in the comments.
“Oh my god, you are so cute and your father too,” wrote one user, touched, while another agreed: “This is the best video ever. You are wonderful.”
A third expressed his admiration for the two men by saying “A great man raised by a great man”. “I wish you both all the luck in the world.”
