YouTuber Arju talks about how he decided to write the story for the film after watching Lokesh Kanakaraj’s interview. Arju also says that at that time he had even decided that movies were enough and not YouTube. Arju was speaking in an interview given to Unfiltered Podcast.
‘Whatever I see, I get inspired by it. After watching Lokesh’s interview the other day, I sat down to write the story for the film. It stopped all the work I was doing. It was then decided that movies are enough, not YouTube. So I wrote two lines and left my hand the next day.
Whatever I see, I have to do it quickly. Each is a sudden inspiration. But it would be nice to keep doing it. If we follow it for at least a month we can sort it out. But the truth is that inspiration comes from everything.
I have been an inspiration to many. Many people send me messages saying that they started their YouTube channel because of Chetan. That’s why I said I felt like an inspiration.
Similarly, one day I was walking down the bus in Bangalore. At that time a sister gave me a lift. Then before leaving he said he likes my videos. He said that watching my video feels like watching a video of someone in our house. I was told to call for anything. People feel very happy when they accept it,’ said Arju.
On the other hand, when asked about the reviews of the movie, Arju says that only a small number of people do not go to see a movie after hearing the reviews and when criticism comes, it will upgrade the industry a little more.
‘Only a small group of people do not go to see a movie after hearing a review. If a film is good then there is no need for a review. Sometimes it may affect the collection of the picture. We are just saying the review. It is said that if the film is good, it will be a good review.
And when criticism comes, it will upgrade the industry a little more. Because, while writing, I think about how many people this story will be accepted. Accordingly they will work on the script with a little more effort. That way there will be good films,’ said Arju.
