arbitrary deletion reversed after a warning
The monopoly YouTube has the video “Sucharit Bhakdi explains the effects of the new vaccinations” on the channel Doctors and Scientists for Health, Freedom and Democracy, eV (MWGFD) released again after unauthorized deletion and legal warning.
The globally recognized Prof. Dr. med. Sucharit Bhakdi, specialist in microbiology and infection epidemiology, explained the effects of the novel vaccinations on a scientific basis in a 20-minute video published on August 3, 2021. It shows how the immune system reacts to the experimental so-called “vaccination”, how the results of new studies collapse the basis for the COVID vaccination and why the second vaccination dose has an even higher potential for side effects. Such scientific explanations are simply deleted by YouTube without naming specific reasons or the possibility of defending yourself against them.
The monopolist has now reacted and put the video online again with over 680,000 views. Since YouTube is not issuing a declaration of cease and desist, legal proceedings will follow.
In addition the doctor Dr. Ronald Weikl, Vice Chairman of the MWGFD: “The censorship on platforms like YouTube has meanwhile reached dimensions that we have only seen in other countries. That important scientific knowledge is suppressed or dominated by political interests is by no means acceptable. In this respect, we are very happy about the positive outcome of this legal intervention. “
The law firm Rehkatsch Rechtsanwälte had previously successfully sued against arbitrary YouTube deletions before the Cologne Regional Court. Lawyer and specialist lawyer for copyright and media law Patrick Rehkatsch: “It is unbelievable that you first have to seek legal help in order to be able to make use of your freedom of expression and freedom of science. Global corporations like YouTube should be ashamed of the way they treat their customers and society. “
