Youtube PS5 streaming not working despite verification number. – Hardware and games in general

My question
Dear Tweakers, I have been racing for years in a racing league where we have to broadcast our broadcast on YouTube or Twitch. In my case I use YouTube and I have always been able to use it without any problems until recently. About 3 months ago I found that my streams were no longer ending on my YouTube channel. I then looked at my settings and got to the point where I entered my phone number again for verification. Now 3 months later, when I want to start a stream on my PS5 like always, it tells me I need to verify my account. When I want to do this, Youtube shows that my number is already verified and this message has been there for 3 months now and I still can’t stream?..
