YouTube has decided to stream a number of its own series that could only be viewed with a Premium subscription. These include the series Escape the Night and Step Up: High Water.
Also the YouTube Original shows Impulse, Foursome and Sherwood will be free to view from Wednesday, late Variety know. YouTube decided this because many people are now at home because of the corona crisis.
Also, there will be no ads in the episodes, which is sometimes the case with other YouTube content.
In the coming weeks, more shows will be added to the temporary free offer, including children’s and family series.
Previously, the series could only be viewed with a YouTube Premium subscription (11.99 euros per month). It is not yet known until when the more than twelve series can be viewed for free.
