SAN FRANCISCO, iNews.id – YouTube launches updates for iOS and Android apps. The update adds the number of video quality options you want.
A higher image quality setting will make the video look as sharp as possible. However, it will absorb more data than the other options.
On the other hand, data saver settings will help you expand your data allowance. But, it comes with the sacrifice of worse visual fidelity, as quoted from Engadget, Saturday (24/4/2021).
This setup joins some of the existing options. For example, Auto, surprisingly enough, automatically adjusts the video quality depending on how fast your internet connection is.
