How can I take advantage of the youth offer if I am between 25 and 30 years old?
If you are between 25 and 30 years old, you must complete full-time professional, college or university training in a recognized educational institution in Canada.
You must call us to confirm your study status full time every year. You can do this from the first working day of the month following your birthday. You may be asked for proof of your status at any time 3 .
How do I determine if I am studying full-time?
The number of hours or credits to determine if you are studying full-time varies depending on your level of study. Check the documentation provided by your educational institution to confirm your study status.
When does the free youth offer end?
The free offer linked to the youth offer ends:
- for the 18 to 24 years oldthe last working day of the month of your 25th birthday
- for the 25 to 30 years old who are studying full timethe last business day of the month of your 31st birthday 3
What are the fees to pay when the youth offer ends?
Once the offer expires, the monthly fees for the Unlimited plan apply to the current rate. If you receive a paper statement, it will be billed once the freebie ends.
You can keep the Unlimited plan or choose another plan better suited to your needs. Your plan is free if you maintain the minimum required monthly balance in your checking account.
