In that sense, the activist specified that the plan proposes the generation of jobs and also infrastructure that responds to the needs imposed by climate change, for example, homes that use natural resources efficiently to save energy.
In addition, according to Pombo, what is sought it is “repopulating the homeland”, and that because “the pandemic revealed the need for urban deconcentration”, which generates social and environmental problems.
He also said that the project wants for “the industry to be able to think in a decentralized way and encourage more local production”.
