Elected player of the season at Leicester City, Youri Tielemans now hopes to get a ticket for the Champions League, but the Foxes no longer have their fate in their hands and he is aware of it.
After the FA Cup and a double Player of the Season title, the Champions League would be a superb icing on the cake for Youri Tielemans with Leicester City. The Foxes occupy the fifth place and will have to hope for a misstep from Chelsea or Liverpool to hope to integrate the top 4.
But Yuri Tielemans only wants to focus on the game against Tottenham. “We just have to focus on ourselves, try to win our match, against a very solid opponent and then we’ll see,” insists the Red Devil.
The Foxes have had a brilliant season and no matter what their competition is doing, they want to end it strong. With, as additional motivation for the reception of Spurs, the return of part of the public in the stands of the King Power Stadium.
