Leicester City are recovering from relegation from England’s top flight, but Tielemans will continue to play in the Premier League, having signed for Aston Ville as a free agent.
The former Anderlecht or AS Monaco midfielder successfully passed a medical examination on Saturday and subsequently signed an unspecified contract with the Birmingham club.
Tielemans leaves the Foxes, whom he helped win the FA Cup and the Super Cup, after four-and-a-half years in which he made 195 appearances in all competitions with 28 goals and 26 assists.
