**World Today News:** margo, ⁤this⁢ show seems like ⁢a departure from some of your previous roles. What drew you ⁤to Ruth Landry and “The Sticky”?

**Margo Martindale:** Well, Ruth’s got a spirit about her that I just‌ loved.⁤ I mean, she’s tough as nails,⁤ she’s clearly got a history, and she’s facing some⁣ serious financial‍ troubles. **Margo Martindale:** ruth’s a woman deeply connected to⁢ her land and her family.⁢ This farm is her legacy, and she’s willing to do whatever it takes to protect it. **Margo Martindale**I think it’s ⁢a really fun show. It’s got a lot of heart, and it’s⁣ got a lot of laughs.

The characters are flawed but ultimately likeable, and you⁣ find yourself ‍rooting for them even when they’re making terrible decisions.
