Jean, 77, also known as Joao, assumes his nickname. Her hat is her favorite accessory. The cowboy from Portugal chose Touraine more than 50 years ago. First a mason, he was then a worker. “I started working at the age of eleven. I have 32 years of activity at Michelin,” he confides. Now retired, Jean especially likes to chat at the Café des Sports.
