Your nose bleeds when you blow your nose? (Health and medicine, blood)

I’ve been wondering all my life what it’s like with our noses. do you have to blow your nose every day or is that only the case with me? I’m really pissed off because my nose is never really free or is more or less “full” every morning and afternoon. do you experience the same?

what is normal?

btw: there can be no hay fever because that is also the case in autumn or winter, regardless of the fact that I have a cold.
