According to Japanese media reports, Koichiro Ito saw a 15-year-old female high school student living in Nagano Prefecture on a social platform three years ago. The female student posted a message saying that she was short of money, so he transferred 12,500 yen (approximately NT$2,668) to The other party then asked in a private message: “I want you to send me nude photos.” He forced the woman to take nude photos and then send them to him. Because Ito Koichiro knew that the girl was underage, he was arrested yesterday for violating the “Children Purchase of Prostitution and Child Pornography Prohibition Act.”
The police said that during the interrogation, Ito Koichiro admitted that he knew that the other party was a woman under the age of 18, but it was not clear which netizen the 15-year-old female high school student was. He admitted that he had asked more than one girl to send nude photos. The police are currently investigating Ito Koichiro. Many indecent photos were seized from personal computers and mobile phones.
