“Your name does you justice” are the sweet words that Soraya Arnelas dedicated to her second daughter before her arrival in the world. In her Instagram post, still with a tummy, she announced that delivery was approaching, clarifying the meaning of the name: “Little Olivia, the one who brings peace.”
Soraya Arnelas became a mother for the second time
Soraya Arnelas gave birth to her second daughter and expanded the family she shares with Miguel Ángel Herrera. He also published a photo with the clothes that were prepared at home, waiting for the girl. The birth occurred at the San Rafael hospital in Madrid.
Her weight was 2,700 grams and Miguel Ángel was able to accompany the delivery at all times, including in the operating room, where he received his little girl. “She is a beautiful doll,” the excited parents commented to the press, “she is a very good and calm baby.”
The delivery was by caesarean section, since the singer had had serious complications during the pregnancy: due to a detachment in the urethra, she had had to undergo surgery to reconstruct a septum.

A very desired pregnancy, since her first daughter, Manuela, is four years old and she could not easily achieve the second child. Soraya was diagnosed with “chronic stress” and that made it very difficult for her to search Kids, so much so that they even thought of resorting to assisted fertilization.
The news that her second child would arrive naturally was a great joy and four months of precaution were taken before announcing the good news. It was at the beginning of last June when they confirmed the status, gender and name of the girl to come: Olivia.

In addition to all these emotions, the physical part of this second pregnancy was also a bit complex, since the first three months had a very bad time, with dizziness, vomiting, disgust with everything and back pain.
Something very different than with Manuela: “My first daughter’s was practically not a pregnancy, I didn’t notice anything.”
After making public on her Instagram account how she lived the whole process, even with funny images such as when she showed that her navel had been erased due to the advanced pregnancy, Soraya and little Olivia are already at home, enjoying the Extended family.
