“I am very pleased to see a new Lithuania, like you are now – it’s just hard to believe. If there is such a Lithuania, then it will be good here. Don’t let the wheel go – I told you a long time ago: come, rule and manage this country, because with all sorts of other things it is unlikely that it will be good, “the professor joked with the journalists gathered.

V.Landsbergis himself for the news portal lrytas.lt previously told that Sunday with the children, grandchildren and great – grandchildren visited the MKČiurlionis Museum. The professor’s son, writer Vytautas V. Landsbergis, shared moments of the celebration in the museum on the social network Facebook.
“On the occasion of my father’s 89th birthday, we gave my father a walk around the Čiurlionis Museum and his improvised insights into Čiurlionis’ paintings and life.
We haven’t had such a birthday format yet; maybe someday even a film (or a part of it will appear) from this family / museum stay and consecration, filmed by Agnė Marcinkevičiūtė, ”wrote Vytautas V. Landsbergis.
