It is in perfect communion with the young people of Sangalkam that Minister Oumar Guèye will return to achievements such as the TER, “today acclaimed by the very people who decried it“. Furthermore, the minister will say, “Senegal has never built a port, ever. But with the advent of Macky Sall, two ports, one in Sendou and another in Ndayane, are under construction“.
Moreover, the Minister will say, “with the discovery of oil and gas, there are people who want to destabilize the country. And you young people, you must ensure that this country does not fall into the hands of people who have no other program than the violence.”
Finally, Oumar Guèye invites young people to a vast mobilization to welcome the head of the national list of BBY, Ms. Mimi Touré who will be this July 28 in Rufisque.
