A 25-year-old girl denounced that she was also poisoned by Antonio Fermín García alias Rafael, 28, who is in prison on charges of intoxicating three other women, one of whom died.

The girl said that she was losing consciousness and that alias Rafael offered to seek help, taking her cell phone and promising that she would call her relatives to notify her of her health, which was recorded.
The health personnel of the center are then observed helping the young woman.
An aunt of the 25-year-old woman told Diario Libre that her relative was hospitalized for three days, and that she verified that it was the same man when she saw the photo of Fermín García published in Diario Libre, when the authorities announced about his capture.
He assured that it is the detainee in San Francisco de Macorís and is corroborated by the videos of the surveillance cameras, where the suspect is seen with his niece, as well as walking down the corridor in an apparent suspicious attitude.
The victim said that he will file the complaint against the suspect.
