Young robbers flee unsuccessfully through bus windows – Berlin.de

A teenager and two accomplices are said to have stolen from a 17-year-old in Berlin-Neukölln and forced them to give money to them. The trio pushed the young man into a cellar on Leo-Slezak-Strasse on Saturday evening, the police said on Sunday. There they threatened him with violence and stole his wallet and cell phone.

They then forced him, according to the information, to withdraw money from several ATMs. When the 17-year-old got on an M41 bus with them, he asked the driver to call the police. A passenger, who overheard it, is said to have asked the three to give the young man’s cell phone and wallet back.

Instead, however, they smashed a bus window with an emergency hammer, climbed through and fled via Sonnenallee. Civil investigators then arrested a 14-year-old and identified the two alleged accomplices, 15 and 21 years old. The 17-year-old received the wallet and the cell phone back. The exact process and the background were initially unclear.
